Beylikova Biogas
The plant in Beylikova, Eskişehir, is operated by our wholly owned subsidiary KD Gübre ve Enerji A.Ş. and has an installed capacity of 5.09 MWm / 3.12 MWe. Cattle and poultry manure, food-industry and plant waste are fermented at 36-42 °C in three digesters and a post-digester to produce biogas, which gas engines convert into electricity. Commissioned in 2020, it is expected to reach 14,000 MWh of annual generation in 2026. A 1.90 MWm hybrid rooftop and ground-mounted solar plant supports generation, and the digestate is sold as organic fertiliser under the "KD Gübre" brand.
