Information collected
When you provide it: the name, company, e-mail address, telephone number and message you enter in the contact form. This is used only to answer your enquiry.
Automatically: the server hosting the site records the IP address, date and time, requested address and browser information for every request. These logs are kept for security and troubleshooting, and are not used for individual analysis.
Stored in your browser: two choices you make while using the site are stored in your browser — your light/dark theme preference and whether you consented to loading the map. This information is never sent to us; it stays in your browser and can be cleared from your browser settings.
Third-party content
Google Maps is used on our contact page to show our location. The map is not loaded until you press the button and consent; until then no connection is made to Google and no cookie is set. Once you consent, your browser connects to Google directly and Google sees your IP address in the process; that service is subject to Google's own privacy policy. Your consent is stored only in your browser and can be withdrawn at any time by clearing your browser data.
Sharing
Information submitted through the form is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is processed only to the extent that the hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers we use can technically access it, and may be shared with legally authorised authorities where the law requires.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Current security headers are applied on the server side and scripts from outside the site's own origin are blocked from running. The administration panel is closed to unauthorised access.
Retention
Information submitted through the form is retained after your request is concluded for the periods set out in the applicable legislation, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period and deleted automatically.
Children's privacy
This is a corporate information site with no content directed at children; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the applicable legislation. The current version is always published on this page.
